ISP's and the government are always trying to stop torrenting, but as always piraters will always be ahead of them

This time around its the DMCA and RIAA lobbying ISPs to severely limit our usage of the interwebz. Basically, it's kind of like an illegal wire tap, where they can see what we're downloading, or at least monitor our bandwidth usage, and then file claims against us. All in all, a pile of horseshit to say the least.
